"I recently brought my 84 Year old mother to The Big Optician to have her eyes tested and for new spectacles. As she is infirm and not very mobile, I was looking for a venue that had primarily the following: ease of access and range of spectacles (from the point of view of price and choice). I made my decision to use The Big Optician via the web and then made the appointment.
I am not normally given to write testimonials but was so impressed I felt I had to share my experience.
Location is excellent, easy to find with great access. Just as I needed, parking was brilliant with only a few short steps into the store.
My mother was really well cared for by The Big Optician team, having the whole process of testing her eyes to choosing her spectacles clearly explained.
We particularly liked the clear pricing and the depth of range available. Whilst we were mainly looking for range and access, we were delighted to have the further benefits of care and value to add to the whole mix which made, what might have been a trying ordeal for an elderly woman, into a very pleasant experience indeed."

1. Their website grabbed my attention. More professional than any other in the area, and one that I really felt they had put the time and effort into to portray the level of dedication to their field.
2. They open when I need them to be, after the working hours and on weekends.
3. The friendly but professional approach that they say they provide, as well as my favourite brand, Tom Ford.
So after my first visit was I as impressed as I hoped? More so...
